Summary

Documents app_update_exclude_list / os_only_lxc_list (added in #18) in the Management & Exclusions section.
Adds Timeouts & Retries and Notifications/History/Dead-Man's-Switch subsections covering settings that landed during the migration but were never documented in the README (apt_proxy_check_timeout, snapshot_retries, notifier_retries, fleet_history_*, fleet_deadmans_url, force_notify, etc.).
Per request, the existing "Automated Schedule (Cron)" section is left as-is.
